By using Pets Wonderland – Dogy Day care (PWDDC), you are agreeing to comply with and are bound by the following terms and conditions.

1 - General:

 1:1 Pets Wonderland agrees to provide you, the owner, with doggy daycare services and facilities that are subject to Pets Wonderland – ‘’Doggy Day Care’’ terms and conditions. You acknowledge and accept that by using Pets Wonderlands services and facilities you agree to be bound by Pets Wonderland – ‘’Doggy Day Care’’  terms and conditions. 

1:2 I understand that Pets Wonderland reserves the right to refuse any services or the use of its facility for dogs who, in its sole determination, are unhealthy, act aggressively, are unruly, or who may otherwise be a threat or danger to themselves, humans, and/or other dogs.  

1:3 All dogs entering Pets Wonderland must be on a lead and be wearing a collar with some form of identification whilst at Pets Wonderland Daycare facility. 

1:4 I assume the risks and waive notice of all conditions, dangers or otherwise, in connection with my dog/s attending Pets Wonderland Doggy Daycare.  

1:5 I specifically represent that I am sole owner and or authorised representative of my dog, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. 

2 - Health and Behaviour: 

2:1 I am responsible for ensuring that my dog/s is in good health and has not been ill with a communicable illness in the last 14 days and my dog/s is free from any condition that could potentially jeopardise other guests. I will notify Pets wonderland if my dog/s has been, is or becomes affected by any sickness, injury, or disease.

2:2 Dogs cannot attend with anything contagious e.g.: canine cough, conjunctivitis, Diarrhoea etc. 

2:3 Proof of current vaccinations must be available upon request by Pets Wonderland and your dog/s must be up to date with their C5 annual vaccinations. I understand that this is my responsibility as the dog owner. 

2:4 I am responsible for ensuring that my dog/s are regularly treated for fleas and ticks if they attend Pets Wonderland Doggy Daycare. Should my dog contract fleas or ticks whilst at Pets Wonderland I will not hold them responsible or liable in any way.

2:5 I understand that it is not a requirement for dogs to be spayed/neutered to use Pets Wonderland’s facilities and I understand it is mine, the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure my dog/s do not attend when in heat. I also understand that should my dog/s fall pregnant whilst at the Pets Wonderlands facility, I will not hold them liable in any way and I, the owner, will assume full responsibility for my dog’s pregnancy.

2:6 If I have a reactive or barking dog(s), I acknowledge and agree that Pets Wonderland shall be authorised to use all necessary means to control my dog(s) so that they do not disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of the day-care. This includes the use of training devices such as slip collars/leads, muzzles, isolation pens, remote controlled ECollars and barking collars.  

3 - Injuries, Veterinary and Emergency Care:

3:1 I acknowledge that at Pets Wonderland Doggy Daycare dogs are encouraged to socialise, play, and exercise. I also understand and acknowledge that injuries may be foreseen to occur while my dog/s is visiting Pets Wonderland Doggy Daycare   

3:2 I acknowledge that I take responsibility for, and will not hold Pets Wonderland liable for, any injury illness or ailment which my dog may incur while in the presence of other dogs at the facility or otherwise.  

3:3 I assume all expense and/or liability for injuries that my dog may inflict upon any human or other pet while in the care of Pets Wonderland. I shall not hold Pets Wonderland responsible monetarily or otherwise, for injuries to my pet that arise during play, training, grooming or any other Pets Wonderland service during my pet’s visit to Pets Wonderland.   

3:4 I shall hold Pets Wonderland and its employees harmless from, make no claim against and indemnify Pets Wonderland and its employees against any costs, damages, claims, or expenses (including vet fees, long-term care, or rehabilitation services) that may result from an injury or illness to my dog, or to another dog, if caused by my dog. I understand if presented with medical bills I ‘m responsible for paying. I am responsible for initial vet visit costs and additional follow-up costs associated with the particular injury.  

3:5 If injuries occur between dogs from a mutual fight with no obvious aggressor or deemed no fault from rough play, and require medical attention, the sum of all medical bills will be split equally between owners. 3:6 If my dog becomes ill or if the state of my dog’s health otherwise requires professional attention, Pets Wonderland, in its sole discretion may engage the services of a veterinarian, administer medicine, and/or give requisite attention to my dog.  

3:7 I understand that Pets Wonderland will contact me first and then my emergency contacts if a critical medical situation arises. However, if Pets Wonderland is unable to make immediate contact, I give my consent to Pets Wonderland to act on my behalf in obtaining emergency or any other care at my own expense if deemed necessary by Pets Wonderland or its staff.  

4 - Payments and Daycare Passes: 

4:1 All single day passes must be paid for –(Prior to commencement) on the day of your dog/s visit to Pets Wonderland Doggy Daycare. 

4:2 A ½ day pass allows your dog/s to stay for up to 5 hrs. in Doggy Daycare. A full day pass allows your dog/s to stay for up to 10 ½ hrs. In Doggy Daycare. All closing times MUST be adhered to, otherwise additional late fees will apply.

4:3 All Daycare passes purchased are non-refundable. Any credits including Daycare sessions from 10 x day passes, will remain on your personal account for 12 months – (From the initial purchase date).  Any credit not used in that time will expire. 

4:4 All Daycare passes are non-transferable. 

5 – Dog Grooming Services 

5:1 Please refer to Pets Wonderland – Dog grooming Services Terms and Conditions.

6 - Liabilities and Additional Fees:

6:1 Due to safety and staffing purposes, Pets Wonderland reserves the right to charge a $10 late fee for every 15 minutes that exceeds our closing times.

6:2 A ½ day pass allows up to 5 hrs. in Doggy Daycare. Any dog/s that are picked up after 15 mins. of exceeding their allocated 5 hr time slot - (from their sign in time) will be charged for a full day in daycare.

6:3 You must contact Pets Wonderland if you are going to be late to pick up your dog/s. If your dog/s is not collected within 30 minutes after closing time and we have not heard from you, your dog/s will be transferred to our boarding facility and additional charges will apply. 

6:4 I acknowledge that if I leave my dog/s in Pets Wonderland’s care without payment for 14 days or more – (And all avenues of contact have been exhausted – Eg: Phone, Email, Sms, Authorised Emergency Back Up Contact) that I understand my dog/s shall be considered abandoned and I transfer ownership of my dog/s and all rights to Pets Wonderland.  

6:5 I understand that Pets Wonderland’s cancellation policy requires a Non-Refundable deposit on boarding for Peak/Holiday Weekends.    

6:6 This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties. All terms and conditions of this contract shall be binding on my spouses, heirs, administrators, personal representative, and assignees of myself and Pets Wonderland.    

Force Majeure
A party is not liable under these Terms for non-performance caused by events or conditions beyond that party’s control. This provision does not relieve the Client of its obligation to fulfil payment obligations.

I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties and no representations or warranties have been made except as set out herein.

I agree that if any term or condition is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforcement of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby, and the agreement shall be construed as if the offending term or condition has not formed a part thereof. 

I agree that this Release shall bind my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.  

I have read the Release and Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement herein and I agree to be bound by the terms, in consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the course noted above, and agree to RELEASE, SAVE HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Pets Wonderland – Doggy Day Care and their employees and authorised agents (“the Releasees”), and Pets Wonderland Doggy Day Care from and against all claims, actions, costs and expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage arising out of or related to the training classes and /or transportation to and from the training locations, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise and I further covenant not to sue the Releases.

Promotional:

I grant Pets Wonderland – Doggy Day Care permission to use any pictures and video taken of my dog/s for business-related activities. I understand that this use may include advertising and marketing campaigns, website/social media images, and other uses for promoting the services of Pets Wonderland – Doggy Day Care.

I grant Pets Wonderland – Doggy Day Care permission to use my details for marketing and communications but am able to opt-out if I prefer to do so at any time.

By signing this contract and leaving my dog with Pets Wonderland -Doggy Day Care, I certify the accuracy of all the information I have provided to Pets Wonderland relating to myself, as the owner and or authorised representative, and my dog. 

I have read these Terms and Conditions, understand it, and acknowledge that, in completing my registration and payment in full for any doggy daycare offered by Pets Wonderland, I acknowledge as my signature and understand that I shall be bound by its Terms and Conditions contained herewith.
